FAFO Global is a sales inbound call center. We answer calls from consumers seeking help with debt and, at your request, connect you with an independent partner law firm for a free case review. FAFO Global is not a law firm, is not a debt collector, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing our agents say is legal advice, and speaking with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any legal services, fees, and agreements are solely between you and the law firm.
02. SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: FAFO Global Alerts
Description: When you opt in, FAFO Global will send you text messages about your callback request, reminders for your free case review appointment, and follow-ups about connecting with our partner law firm.
Sample messages: "FAFO Global: Thanks for reaching out! An agent will call you shortly about your free case review. Reply STOP to opt out." · "FAFO Global: Reminder: your free case review is tomorrow at 2:00 PM PT. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
How to opt in: Check the SMS consent box on our callback request form, or give verbal consent to an agent during a recorded call.
Message frequency: Varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any service. Calls with FAFO Global may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, and compliance purposes. You will be told at the start of each call.
04. No Guarantee of Results
We cannot guarantee that the partner law firm will accept your case or that any particular outcome will be reached. Results depend on the facts of each case and applicable law.
